Did you catch the latest DigitsPad AMA? In this article, we will give you a quick recap of the latest developments of our launchpad and allocation pools.

The platform is ready to be launched as soon as the Agents are minted.

Allocation Pools

When the platform goes live, you will see the full range of pools: upcoming, active and finished.

You will be able to see the Project Name, Project Type, Raise, Your Allocation, and Date.

DigitsPad offers 3 different types of projects, which makes the platform extremely unique. Apart from the allocations, there will be a large variety of whitelist spots and different NFT projects. All projects will be made accessible via the points mechanism.

When you open a specific pool, you see the title and the logo of the project, along with links to its socials, whitepaper, etc. for you to easily do your own research on the project.

There are 3 stages to be completed per allocation pool — participation, allocation and distribution. For as long as the timer on the page is active, the participation round is open. If the timer expires, the pool will automatically move to the next round, which is where you can get your allocation. Once the timer expires again, you move to the distribution round, where you can collect your tokens once the TGE has occurred.

Note that every time the pool opens or closes, it will be communicated in the DigitsClub Discord and Twitter.

On the left hand side you see the project information: Name, Symbol, Decimals, Address, Total Supply and Initial Market Cap.

Below that you will find the vesting rounds: seed, strategic, private or public. You can have a look at the prices of the other rounds and what is their vesting for your decision making.

When you click ‘Participate’, you will be offered to commit your allocation. The minimum and maximum allocation will be mentioned here. After you click summit, your points are allocated and you can not allocate more points to the same pool, so make sure that you enter the amount of points you want to commit correctly.

After the timer expires, you will move to the allocation round where you can fill your allocation. You will see the amount that you can commit in $BUSD, and also your wallet. Once you have entered the amount, your Metamask will prompt for approval and your allocation will be fulfilled.

After that you move to the distribution round. Here you will receive the claim link once announced.

Note that if you commit to an allocation but fail to fulfill it there will be a penalty incurred (points deduction).

In case the raise is not fulfilled, then the allocation round extends to a ‘first come first served’ round. However, it is not recommended to wait for this, because we have set up the economy in such a way that all of the first dozens of pools will definitely sell out.

Allocation pools will always be thoroughly reviewed by the DigitsClub Team in a closed community (Agent holders).

Fair Share Model

Your allocation amount is calculated according to the following formula:

Your allocation = (Total Points/Total Allocation) x Your Allocated Points

You may find more information on allocation distribution in the whitepaper.

With this structure, you don’t have to hold a token, all you need to do is allocate points (which you get for free by staking your Agent/DigitsPad Allocation NFT).

NFT Bidding System

DigitsPAd will also auction NFTs which are held in its treasury. If you want to participate in the NFT round, you can enter the bidding page. Here you will be shown the minimum required bid, which which increases with each subsequent bid.

In the event that you are the person with the highest bid, this amount will be subtracted from your point account as soon as the timer runs out. After that you will be requested to confirm your wallet and the NFT will be airdropped to it.

Depending on the terms of the project, there might be several winners.

If you don’t win the NFT, the points you used for bidding are refunded to you.
